Chittorgarh. The accused, who was absconding in a 10-year-old theft case of Kotwali Nimbahera police station, has been arrested by the Kotwali Nimbahera police from Udaipur. The accused was trying to flee to Gujarat. The accused is a history-sheeter of Pratap Nagar police station in Udaipur district and has more than 20 cases of theft, nakabajni and loot registered against him.
Superintendent of Police Sudhir Joshi said that under the direction of Additional SP Sarita Singh, DSP Nimbahera Badrilal Rao and SHO Nimbahera Ramsumer Meena, ASI Suraj Kumar, constables Devendra, Virendra and constable Prabhu Lal of Sadar Nimbahera, acting on the information, arrested Gopal, son of Kuka Dangi, a resident of Kaladwas in Udaipur district, while waiting for a bus from his house to Surat Gujarat.
