Chittorgarh. Kotwali Chittorgarh police station, during the Nakabandi in Chittori kheda border of the police station area, arrested two accused who were smuggling opium on a motorcycle and seized 1 kg 800 grams of illegal opium and a motorcycle from their possession. Superintendent of Police Sudhir Joshi said that under the direction of ASP Sarita Singh and DSP Chittorgarh Vinay Chaudhary, under the direction of ASP Sarita Singh and DSP Chittorgarh Vinay Chaudhary, under the leadership of SHO Kotwali Sanjeev Swami, Rajaram sub-inspector of the police station and Japta constables Dharmendra Singh, Sandeep Kumar, Rajesh, under the arrest of illegal drugs in the district. Nakabandi was being done by Kumar and Mukesh Kumar on Chitauri Kheda Highway Road Culvert. During the Nakabandi, two suspicious persons were seen coming on a motorcycle in Ghatiyawali Road Border, Chitaudi Kheda, in front of the sports ground near Chitauri Kheda Highway Road Pulia, they were stopped by the police Japta and on being suspicious, the motorcycle was searched and the motorcycle was found. One kilo and 800 grams of illegal opium was found in a polythene transparent bag in the trunk of the vehicle. Illegal opium and motorcycle were seized and the accused, 22 year old Kanhaiya Lal son of Prabhulal Gayari, resident of Arnodha police station, Sadar Nimbahera, and his associate 27 year old Pappu Giri, son of Nand Giri Goswami, resident of Rozda police station, Kotwali Chittorgarh, were arrested and a case was registered under the NDPS Act.
